The deputy of the Democratic League of Kosovo, Avdullah Hoti, has criticized the government regarding the economy, saying that the government is completely closed to businesses.

Hoti added that in the government led by him, the positive trend has returned and that they handed over the mandate with economic growth, with good foundations to continue on, writes lajmi.net.

The LDK deputy has also added that, since then, the trend of economic growth has been declining.

“In the government led by me, we worked hard to get the economy out of the crisis due to the pandemic. We reversed the positive trend in the first months of 2021. We handed over the mandate with positive economic growth, with good foundations to continue further. Since then, the economic growth trend has been declining. Of course, external factors are also the cause, but no significant action has been taken in economic and fiscal policies. The government is completely closed to businesses. No meeting of the National Council for Economic Development has been held to discuss the concerns of businesses and to develop new economic policies,” said Hoti. /Lajmi.net/
