Me kostot e shtëpive në rritje të çmendur, Bill Dunster, një emër shumë i njohur në Angli, shpreson se këto shtëpi do marrin jetë brenda pak vitesh.

Shtëpia është e ngritur mbi parkimin e makinës.

Sipërfaqja e saj është vetëm 7 metra katrorë dhe ngrihet në dy kate.

Shtëpia ka panele diellore, sistem riciklimi të ujit dhe pikë karikimi për makinat elektrike.

Kostot e saj shkojnë nga 55 mijë deri në 60 mijë sterlina.

Mbi të gjithë, ato mund të zhvendosen në varësi të kërkesave të Bashkisë.
